For example, in the sentence “The big red ball bounced high”, the adjectives are big and red, and they modify the noun ball.  

Types of Adjectives

Quantitative Adjectives

Possessive Adjectives

Possessive adjectives show ownership.

Interrogative Adjectives

Interrogative adjectives are used to ask questions.

Examples:
